Job Details: We are seeking a Senior Director / Head of Walmart Sales to lead our Walmart business across both brick-and-mortar and eCommerce channels. This individual will own customer strategy, category growth initiatives, forecasting, and overall account performance while serving as the primary point of contact for one of the company's most critical retail partners.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute Walmart sales and go-to-market strategies across retail and eCommerce. Analyze POS, syndicated, shopper, and market data to uncover growth opportunities and improve execution. Build customer presentations, promotional strategies, forecasts, and Joint Business Plans. Own financial performance including revenue, margin, profitability, forecasting, inventory planning, and P&L management. Partner closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Category Management, and Digital Commerce teams to drive results. Lead annual planning, promotional calendars, assortment expansion, and distribution growth initiatives. Negotiate customer programs, trade investments, and promotional opportunities. Drive market share growth while exceeding revenue and profitability targets. Serve as the internal Walmart champion and external relationship lead across multiple levels of the organization. Support digital commerce initiatives including Walmart.com operations, content optimization, and retail media programs.
Qualifications: Significant experience managing and growing Walmart business within a consumer products organization. Proven success leading customer strategy, sales growth, and retailer relationships. Strong understanding of Walmart merchandising, replenishment, forecasting, and supply chain processes. Experience with Walmart.com, digital shelf management, and retail media programs. Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Nielsen, Circana/IRI, POS, and syndicated data. Strong financial acumen with experience managing forecasts, trade spend, and P&L responsibility. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management experience is highly preferred.
