About the role

BW Design Group seeks a Construction Site Superintendent to lead industrial projects from planning through handover. You will supervise subcontractors, enforce safety programs, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should bring a decade of site supervision experience, a related bachelor’s degree, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, and Microsoft tools. Willingness to travel and operate on site is essential.
