About the role

Dizario Search is partnered with a client in the manufacturing industry that is looking to add a Senior HR Manager to their team. This person will report to the Director of HR and serve as a key strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving people strategies that support operational excellence, workforce capability, and organizational change.
Responsibilities: Partner closely with plant leadership to develop workforce strategies aligned with production goals, business objectives, staffing needs, and overall plant performance. Serve as a trusted HR business partner to operations leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Lead HR initiatives that support operational excellence, including workforce capability, productivity, retention, engagement, and continuous improvement efforts. Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee development programs to build a strong internal pipeline of talent across the plant. Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including workforce transitions, restructuring, leadership changes, and other initiatives impacting the plant workforce. Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, performance issues, investigations, policy interpretation, and maintaining a consistent and positive employee culture. Lead, coach, and develop the site HR team while partnering with corporate HR on broader initiatives, policies, compliance, talent programs, and organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment
  • Strong employee relations and leadership experience
  • Experience partnering with operations and plant leadership
  • Demonstrated success with change management, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Bachelor's degree required
