Our clients range from VC-backed scale-ups to post-IPO tech multinationals, and we work on a fully exclusive basis - meaning we run every search as a true partner, not a vendor competing against other recruiting consultanciesWe've placed Internal Recruiters into some of the most recognisable names in tech, including Google DeepMind, Palantir, Isomorphic Labs, Figma, and Reflection, as well as world-leading algorithmic trading firms, and start-ups backed by tier one VC's such as Sequoia Capital and Index Ventures.Our US team operates fully remotely. We're a team of 10 in total - four in the US, seven in the UK - and we're growing.The roleThis is a client-facing, full-lifecycle recruitment role. You'll act as a trusted adviser to hiring leaders at technology companies, helping them shape the brief, understand the market, and make great hires into their internal recruiting functions.The roles you'll be filling span the full spectrum of TA - from recruiters supporting software engineering and research science teams to those hiring product, sales, and operations talent.Day-to-day, you'll be:Scoping searches with clients and advising on role design, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarkingHelping clients design and structure their interview processesSourcing candidates through a combination of outbound outreach and our existing network and community relationshipsKeeping clients informed throughout via regular calls and detailed pipeline reportsAttending and hosting events, and actively building your own personal brand within the talent and tech communityNurturing relationships that develop into new client partnerships over timeOur searches are fully exclusive, meaning you can operate in a true partnership approach with your clients.Who we're looking forYou'll have at least four years of recruitment experience, whether from a consultancy or an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
