About the role

POP MART is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Associate in Des Moines, IA to deliver excellent guest experiences and act as a brand ambassador for our collectible art toys. You will drive sales, educate customers on our world of collectibles, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. You will participate in merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations, collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals and support Robo Shop replenishment when needed.
