The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the demand generation strategy to meet pipeline and ARR targets. This role involves leading a multi-disciplinary marketing organization, including demand generation, events, customer marketing, digital, partner marketing, and marketing operations. The VP will also be a key partner in driving customer marketing strategy, elevating market presence, and thought leadership through various marketing channels. A strong focus on innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement is essential, as is the ability to foster a culture that embraces these values. Candidates for the VP, Growth Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA being a plus. A minimum of 15 years' of progressive B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience is required, with at least 7 years' in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable growth engines and be adept at managing significant marketing budgets. Deep expertise in the growth marketing mix and strong financial acumen are essential. The role demands an executive with exceptional communication, presentation skills, and a visionary, data-driven approach that can build trust at the C-suite level.
