What You’ll Do:
Own the relationship. Become the go‑to partner for a portfolio of client accounts
Drive retention. Reduce churn through proactive communication, strategic insight, and early risk detection
Deliver satisfaction. Lead structured check‑ins, feedback loops, and value‑alignment conversations that keep clients engaged
Grow accounts. Spot upsell and expansion opportunities that align with client needs and business goals
Solve fast. Jump on issues quickly, coordinate across teams, and maintain a reputation for responsiveness
Track performance. Monitor account health, KPIs, and retention metrics to guide strategy and report results
Innovate.** Improve processes, communication standards, and client experience workflows
Collaborate.** Work with operations, recruiting SaaS, and leadership to deliver seamless, high‑impact service
What You Bring:
3+ years of account management or client success experience
Proven ability to reduce churn and elevate client satisfaction
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities
CRM proficiency and analytical mindset
Professionalism, ownership, and relentless follow‑through
Bonus Points:
