Residential Real Estate Attorney Associate

Type: Full-Time
Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with the following: Title rundown/review/recording Contract review/revision Refinance and purchase closing Lender, Realtor, and client relations Familiarity with various industry software Familiarity with various industry software Candidates must be in good standing with the CT Bar, have current CT Notary commission, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to closings all over the state, in the evening, and occasionally on Saturday. Bar membership and/or Notary commission in neighboring states a plus but not required. The compensation package for the candidate that meets all of this criteria is very aggressive. Health, dental, 401(k), flexible spending account available.
