About the role

Ataraxis is seeking a Part-Time Medical Biller to support a behavioral health practice. This remote role is centered in the Chicago area with ~20 hours per week, typically 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Central, Monday–Friday. You will manage the full billing cycle and communicate billing status with the team. The ideal candidate has strong U.S. medical billing experience, especially in behavioral health, and can work independently while maintaining accuracy and timely submissions.
