About the role
Join a leading clean energy and technology company at the forefront of powering critical industries. We’re seeking a Corporate & Securities Counsel to support public company compliance, corporate governance, and strategic transactions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead SEC and NYSE compliance (10-K, 10-Q, 8‑K, proxy statements, SOX)
- Support earnings releases, investor communications, and disclosure matters
- Advise on corporate governance, board matters, and public company policies
- Provide legal support for financings, M&A, and other strategic transactions
What you bring:
JD + active bar membership 7+ years’ experience (including law firm + in-house at a public company) Strong SEC, governance, and transactional experience
