About the role

Leoforce is seeking a Director of Quality to lead the enterprise-wide quality strategy across multiple manufacturing locations, establishing the long-term vision for quality excellence and ensuring ISO certifications are maintained. You will oversee the global customer complaint process, drive continuous improvement with Lean/Kaizen, and develop metrics with executive dashboards while partnering with senior leadership to elevate product quality and performance.
