About the role

Great Bridge Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a relational Student Pastor to lead a growing ministry and rebuild trust after turnover. You will work within a Family Ministry vision to ensure smooth age-based handoffs, deepen student discipleship and biblical literacy, and equip parents to reinforce faith at home. You will develop a strategic plan for evangelism and discipleship, guide volunteers, and model pastoral care including counseling, hospital visits, and home visit ministry.
