Senior Project Manager – Data Center & Critical Infrastructure ProjectsLocation: On-site near Lubbock, TexasSalary: $140,000 – $190,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design and construction projects.This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-value, technically complex projects from inception through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitesLead the delivery of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP projects through all phases of design and construction.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.Review and interpret technical documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and design packages.Drive project planning activities, establish key milestones, and monitor progress against project objectives.Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and client reporting activities.Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, invoicing, and change order processes.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.Mentor and support junior project team members while fostering collaboration across project teams.Provide strategic oversight and leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.7+ years of project management experience within construction, engineering, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.Proven experience delivering large-scale construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects.Data center, mission-critical facility, or critical infrastructure project experience is highly desirable.Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, project controls, and construction sequencing.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Experience managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, or similar.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary of $140,000 – $190,000Discretionary annual bonus100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and 11 paid holidays12 weeks paid parental leaveLife insurance, AD&D, and long-term disability coverageFlexible Spending Accounts (Medical, Dependent Care, Transit, and Parking)Wellness support programsFlexible work arrangements and home office benefitsMonthly phone, internet, and data reimbursementOptional legal and pet insuranceTechnology/device purchase supportIf you have a proven track record delivering complex infrastructure or mission-critical projects and are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on large-scale developments, we encourage you to apply.
