About the role
Remote position for US or Korea based speakers of both Korean and English. Focus on supporting U.S. Medicare patients through virtual care enrollment.
Responsibilities:
Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour to explain RPM and CCM programs.
Answer Medicare-related questions and obtain verbal consent for enrollment.
Document call notes and meet daily productivity targets.
Requirements:
Strong spoken English and Korean proficiency. Reliable internet and quiet home office.
