This role is critical in ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy optimizing processes, and take pride in developing strong teams, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.What You’ll DoProduction Management·       Oversee the installation of equipment, and maintaining working order of machines·       Maintain staffing requirements to fulfill the production schedule, continuously training and reinforcing Dynasty policies to maximize employment retention and morale.·       Create and maintain production schedules and capacity plans to support short- and long-term production goals.·       Establish, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for areas of responsibility.·       Establish and communicate distillery production and KPI’s, helping drive process improvement.·       Adhere to and propose GMP’s (good manufacturing practices)·       Remain abreast of industry changes and new technology, equipment, systems, and procedures as they relate to improving the distilling area.·       Analyze, optimize, and control production costs.·       Monitor performance of all production equipment, scheduling/performing maintenance as needed, and coordinating/managing contractors/vendors as necessary·       Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper sanitation of production facilities, storage areas, and equipment. Team Building & Culture·       Hire, train, and supervise the production team.·       Attend and conduct team meetings and outings.·       Conduct performance reviews and propose incentives.·       Fosters positive working relationships and good communication.·       Consistently provide leadership through coaching and accountability, for direct reports and fellow coworkers. Qualifications/Experience·       Must be familiar with beverage bottling line processes, including experience working with tanks, totes, and other distillery-related equipment.·       Exceptional people management and leadership experience required — Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.·       Make recommendations/suggestions for equipment maintenance, necessary training or other improvements as identified.·       Must be results-oriented and self-motivated, while thriving in a dynamic, fast paced environment·       Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Google docs.·       Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.·       Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.·       Quality Control Analysis — Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.·       Strong project management capabilities and time management skills.·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements·       Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to consent to a background check post acceptance.·       Must have experience driving a forklift.·       Production Operations Experience: 5 years (Preferred)·       Beverage Bottling: 3 year (Preferred)·       Operations Management: 3 years (Preferred)Why Join Dynasty Spirits·       Be part of a growing, innovative spirits company with a diverse and expanding portfolio·       Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where new ideas and continuous improvement are encouraged·       Join a team that values quality, consistency, and craftsmanship·       Gain exposure to a full-scale distillery and bottling operation·       Be part of a company that is constantly innovating, including emerging beverage categories·       Work alongside a passionate, driven team focused on excellence and growthOpportunity to make a direct impact as your leadership and ideas help shape operations and performance
