Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission. Weekly direct deposit Full-time W2 benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan and more Licensure & CEU Reimbursement Referral bonus program Ongoing clinical management support Experienced recruiter advocacy throughout your assignment School Psychologist – School-Based Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for special education eligibility. Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, adaptive, and social-emotional assessments. Prepare comprehensive psychological evaluation reports. Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Consult with teachers regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions. Provide crisis response and threat assessment support as needed. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and assist with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Support MTSS/RTI initiatives. Provide counseling or behavioral consultation when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Master's, specialist (Ed.S.), or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate with School Psychologist endorsement issued by WA OSPINationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential is preferred but not required
- Minimum one year of paid school-based experience as a School Psychologist is strongly preferred
