About the Position: We are looking for reliable and organized people to join our team as Remote Scheduling Coordinators. This position is designed to be accessible to people from a wide range of professional backgrounds. No college degree or specialized certification is required. If you are comfortable using a computer, communicating with people, and staying organized, we will provide training to help you learn the role. Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception, office work, scheduling, retail, education, healthcare, or other people-facing roles can be helpful, but it is not required.
What You Will Do:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Respond to basic customer scheduling requests.
  • Manage online calendars.
  • Reschedule appointments when necessary.
  • Send appointment reminders.
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, or messaging.
  • Keep scheduling information accurate and organized.
  • Coordinate availability between customers and team members.
  • Update information in company systems.
  • Follow simple scheduling procedures.
  • Escalate questions that require additional assistance.

Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available. Available schedules will depend on business requirements and may include daytime U.S. business hours. Compensation
Pay: $45 an hour until probation for 3 months, after probation upto $75 an hour
