Must-Haves
5+ years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with CNC mills, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and press brakes
Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and CAM programming
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Experience with precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers
CAD software experience, such as Solid Works
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor CNC operators while keeping safety and production schedules on track
Oversee setup, calibration, and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and stamping presses
Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls and CAM software from CAD drawings
Inspect parts to verify blueprint and quality requirements
Coordinate tooling setups, material handling, and fabrication workflow
Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with maintenance on repairs
Maintain production logs, machine records, and quality reports
Drive improvements in machining processes, productivity, and quality
Nice-to-Haves
Experience leading a small machining or manufacturing team
Familiarity with PLCs, welding, and fabrication processes
Factory experience with material handling, assembly lines, or logistics
