Location: Century City, CA 90067 Salary/Payrate: $95K – $110K (some flex), bonus and awesome benefits
Work Environment: 5 days onsite for the first 30 days, then 1 Day WFH
Term: Fulltime Bachelor’s degree required: No Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired
Job Description: Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Century City. The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by creating organizational and dissolution documents for corporations (including non-profit corporations), LLCs and partnerships, and related documents.
Essential Duties: Draft governing documents such as bylaws and operating agreements. Assist with purchase and sale transactions. Draft stock, membership and partnership interest assignments. Retrieve, review and organize due diligence documents. Coordinate annual and miscellaneous regulatory and tax filings. Prepare gifting documents for estate planning clients. Create deeds and related property transfer documents. Conduct legal research. Keep current with Secretary of State revisions and inform Firm attorneys and paralegals of relevant changes.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal at a law firm or equivalent. Four-year college degree or equivalent. ABA approved paralegal certificate.
