About the role
Financial Analyst Growing manufacturing company is seeking a FP&A Analyst to partner with plant leadership. This role provides high visibility to operations and finance leadership while owning financial analysis, cost reporting, and plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze plant P&L, costs, variances, and financial performance
- Track inventory, yield, OEE, and cost per ton
- Analyze margins by product/SKU and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare financial presentations for plant leadership
- Build dashboards and tools to improve financial and operational reporting
- Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and finance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldFP&A, manufacturing finance, or cost accounting experience
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
