JBAndrews are partnered with a fast-growing global passive fire protection and high-performance insulation manufacturer who are scaling their North American operation. This hire is part of that growth. The role is a technical specification sell for data centers. You'll be working upstream with engineers, architects, and consultants to get systems specified and defending those specs through to project close.
Responsibilities: Driving specification activity across data center construction Building and owning relationships with architects, engineers, GCs, and contractors Delivering technical presentations and supporting project teams from design stage through execution 40%-60% travel
Qualifications: Background in passive fire protection, firestopping, structural fireproofing, or closely adjacent building materials Proven specification-led sales experience Comfortable working upstream with design professionals, not just contractors Data center exposure is a necessity
