Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field 8+ years of industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations improvement experience 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering or continuous improvement teams Experience leading or overseeing applications engineering teams or work Proven success in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment Support experience with ERP-driven manufacturing environments Strong background in process optimization and manufacturing systems Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance standards
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineering professionals while aligning departmental goals with business objectives. Drive initiatives to eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks, improve labor productivity, and optimize workflow efficiency. Develop manufacturing capacity models, forecast labor requirements, and evaluate make-versus-buy decisions. Lead process analysis efforts, improve material flow, and optimize facility layouts and work cell design. Develop operational dashboards, analyze manufacturing data, and lead automation and technology implementation projects.
