About the role
Commercial Project ManagerWe are hiring a Commercial Project Manager with General Contractor experience to manage ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) construction projects across Los Angeles.This role requires full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction and can independently drive projects to successful completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsLead subcontractor bidding, scope review, and buyout processOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clientsEnsure compliance with Los Angeles building codes, permits, and safety regulationsMonitor project costs and proactively mitigate risks and delaysLead client meetings (OAC) and provide consistent project updatesManage project closeout, punch lists, and final turnover
