What You'll Do: Build relationships with professionals and business leaders Recruit and interview top talent across specialized industries Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs Source, qualify, and present exceptional candidates Guide candidates and clients throughout the hiring process Develop lasting client relationships through outstanding service Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements Continuously develop your recruiting and business development skills
