- Base rate is $0.25/minute with a 45-minute minimum guarantee
- Rate increases to $0.31/minute when working 20+ productive hours per week (equates to roughly $18.60/hour)
- Skills Needed
- Comfort in consultative sales and outbound calling
- Knowledge of home improvement and remodeling
- Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
- Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPSWired internet connection, such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet)
- Windows 11 operating system
- Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (included in Windows 11 and free to use), running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
