About the role
Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Process Owner Manager to lead the SE-BVT Process Owner team, guiding Wax, Monoshell, Cast, Rough, and Finish processes to meet stringent quality and metallurgical standards.
You will standardize best practices, drive improvements, and shape area-specific processes for efficiency and productivity. You will mentor personnel, enforce CTQ checks, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Facilities, and Finance to optimize capital and process performance.
