Private Equity Search seeks a Senior Associate or VP to lead multifamily acquisitions within a residential strategy. The role focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing opportunities through the full acquisition cycle including due diligence and legal documentation.
The successful candidate will prepare investment materials, manage site visits, and interact with investor partners, lenders, and senior team members to advance transactions.
