About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the Speak Your Way To Cash® (SYWTC) Mastermind and Pitch Your Way To Cash Academy. As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of Company programs. Your responsibilities will include uploading videos from sessions, tracking member engagement, following up on missed payments, providing regular updates to members, coordinating with coaches, and ensuring the seamless execution of sessions. This is a remote role but the ideal candidate will be open to travelling/relocating to Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Upload videos from Speak Your Way To Cash® Mastermind and Pitch Your Way To Cash Academy sessions to the designated platform.
- Track member engagement and provide reports to the management team.
- Follow up on missed payments and address any payment-related issues.
- Assist members with getting results in the program and help them grow their company
- Regularly communicate with members, providing them with updates on upcoming sessions and program developments.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling coaching sessions with the appropriate coaches.
- Ensure that all program materials, resources, and session materials are properly organized and accessible.
- Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote member engagement and maximize program impact.
- Analyze program data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the Mastermind program.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in program management or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using video uploading platforms and content management systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Passion for personal development, public speaking, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
