About the role

Audio/Visual Technology - Specialist The Audio/Visual Technology - Specialist will be proficient in WebEx and audio/visual technologies used to support virtual meetings necessary to support the Program Lead in virtual meetings using WebEx to organize break-out sessions, taking attendance, conducting polls, facilitating WebEx chat conversations, assisting with participant technology issues and providing technical support, as well as escalating issues that need additional assistance and problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, audio/visual technologies and applications such as WebEx, SharePoint, and custom applications
  • Anticipate Program Lead's needs during the meeting
  • Monitor and record participant attendance
  • Monitor WebEx chat box during virtual meeting
  • Help participants who lose audio connections
  • Monitor video functionality
  • Organize breakout sessions
  • Conduct polls
  • Coordination with Call Center leadership and client staff
  • Assist customer with login issues
  • Support training activities for participant orientation and program director orientation and facilitator training
  • Log issues using CRM tool
Qualifications: Bachelors and 3 years' experience or High School Diploma and 10 years' experience. Required
Skills include: 3+ years' experience using WebEx to include features and functionality 3+ years' experience providing phone and/or in-person support for business application (Analysis, Diagnosis, Remediation, Testing, Performance Tuning)3+ years' experience with standard Windows OS applications and MS Office applications 3+ years' customer service experience Excellent written and oral communication skills
