MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT: As a National Security Analyst Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of DTRA program. You will play a crucial role in as a National Security Analyst Senior. See some of the duties and responsbilities below: Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on New START Treaty (NST) training and operations. Supports the inspector certification process. Issues training material, orients inspectors to the certification process and provides direct instruction Maintains certification records and tracks progress Serves as a SME for NST implementation and an advisor for Treaty Certification Evaluation Boards Schedules and tracks other training as required Coordinates Russian languate training Coordinates semi-annual NST Orientation Course; serves as an instructor/facilitator, as required Supports creation and implementation of training plans Coordinates for training resources Maintains training records Supports the processing and classification marking of reports Provides technical and administrative support to inspection teams Ensures training material is current Maintains electronic files on Share Point Participates in treaty training exercises and site assistance visits, as required Updates SOPs and best practicesWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or work experience in lieu of the degree.5+ years of related experience with national security and training supporting DTRA.Must have experience using Microsoft Office business applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint Online), Security clearance level: TS/SCI required, must be able to work on site and travel 4 times a year as needed.
