About the role

Fitch is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead Generative AI initiatives, develop GenAI frameworks, and mentor a team across the enterprise. The role spans AI governance, model deployment, and collaboration with product squads to integrate AI into Fitch’s data ecosystems. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge ML techniques, a collaborative culture, and a hybrid work model with offices in Chicago or New York. A PhD or MS with 8+ years of experience is preferred.
