About the role

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Client Support Manager will oversee client inquiries, manage team performance against service levels, and ensure exceptional service delivery, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Boulder, CO office.
Key responsibilities: Lead and coach the Client Support team, monitoring performance and providing feedback for professional development Manage day-to-day operations including case management, scheduling, and CRM data accuracy Serve as the escalation point for client issues and represent Client Support in cross-functional meetings
Required qualifications: Prior managerial or leadership experience with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities Exceptional communication and active listening skills, particularly in de-escalating client situations Comfort with coaching team members through performance conversations Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools, with the ability to adapt to evolving software needs Collaborative, team-oriented working style; knowledge of the summer camp industry is a plus
