Track and report on customer relations metrics to support continuous improvement. Required Skills Customer Relations: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Self Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle customer needs promptly.
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer relations or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
