Job Description: Staff Quick is Hiring Machine Operators in Jefferson City, TN! Staff Quick hires for Temporary, Temp-to-Permanent, and Permanent Jobs throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee. Details: Machine Operators Jefferson City, Dandridge All Shifts (8 Hour Shifts) $16 - $19/hour Responsibilities or job duties: Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, speed, tension, and material flow Load raw materials and ensure proper mixing, feeding, and handling throughout the production process. Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion and winding machines. Ability to read measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance tasks.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a machine operator in plastics, extrusion and textiles industries HS diploma/GED Valid DL Basic computer skills Able to lift 40–50 lbs. Staff
