About the role

Charleston shop building high-end impact-rated windows and doors needs an experienced welder. Stainless 304 and 316, aluminum, and brass. This is furniture-grade work. Our frames are welded up from multiple pieces and the welds are visible on the finished product, so you need to prep the material, weld it clean, and finish grind it so the joint disappears. If you have only run structural or production work, this will be a different pace. What we need Solid TIG hand on stainless, aluminum, and brass Shop experience preferred, bench and fixture work Prep, weld, and finish a joint start to finish Read shop drawings Pluses: polishing and burnishing, laser welding, brass and bronze finish work.
