About the role
Receptionist – Customer Accounts SupportE.H. Wolf & Sons • Slinger, WI • Full-Time • In-Office Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. | No weekends | 401(k) match from day one Since 1941, E.H. Wolf & Sons has been a family-owned supplier of fuel and lubricants to businesses across the Midwest. We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to be the first face and voice of our office, and to help keep our customer accounts accurate and up to you enjoy helping people, like a mix of customer service and number work, and want a steady weekday schedule that's done by 3:30, this role is a great fit. We'll train you on our systems.
What You'll Do:
Greet visitors and answer and route incoming calls with a friendly, professional approach Help customers by phone, email and in person with orders, questions and account needs Take customer orders and enter them into our system Prepare bank deposits, balance cash boxes and gather payment documentation Process customer billing batches and support the accounts receivable team Perform daily data entry and keep customer records accurate Handle incoming mail, packages and deliveries, and provide general office support Back up teammates and cross-train across the office

Requirements:
Required High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience, in an office, retail, banking, restaurant or similar setting Clear, friendly communication in person, by phone and in writing Comfort with computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail when working with numbers and payments Ability to juggle phones, visitors and desk work while staying organized Preferred Accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping or cash-handling experience Data entry or order entry experience
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for extended periods at a computer Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs. E.H.
