Benefits of joining the SCM Team: Weekly production and quarterly bonuses Vacation and sick pay 401K with company match Health savings plan with company match Life insurance Gym membership discount Overtime opportunities Employee assistance program Free onsite health clinic Advancement opportunities Medical, dental and vision insurance Candidate requirements: Work in a team environment at a fast pace Be dependable and accountable to work with team members Work a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts/3 to 5 days-per-week, alternating every other weekend including overtime, swinging from day and night each month Lift 21 – 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis Lift 51 – 75 lbs. or more on an occasional basis Work effectively in hot (120) and cold temperatures for long periods of time Have good math skills Perform repetitive tasks with few breaks Able to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures High school graduate or GED Preferred qualifications: Inspires teammates to follow them Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Capable of carrying out a given task well with all details necessary Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Inspired to perform without outside help Monitor and control the cleanliness and flow of metal to the molds Monitor temperatures and furnace conditions Daily inspection of casting equipment and cranes Identify and prevent quality issues including cracks, drag marks, and bleed-outs. Clean and maintain casting pit Restock supplies and make control and shutdown cones Warehouse / production experience Forklift / mobile equipment experience Equal opportunity employer.
