About the role
- Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department
- Support dealership leadership with administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Help create a positive experience for every customer who visits or contacts our dealership
- Perform additional office duties as assigned
