About the Role: Spee Dee Oil Change & Auto Service in Dallas, TX is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team! Responsibilities: Perform oil and filter changes quickly and accurately following manufacturer specifications Inspect and top off vital fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid Check and inflate tires to proper PSI and inspect tread wear Inspect and replace wiper blades, air filters, and cabin filters as needed Perform basic preventive maintenance services Communicate vehicle inspection findings and service recommendations to customers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
Requirements: Prior automotive, lube tech, or mechanical experience preferred but not required — we will train! Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and preventive maintenance a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service time goals Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Receive hourly pay plus commission.
