Lam Research seeks a senior Data Scientist to own surrogate models and virtual twins at the intersection of computational physics and ML, delivering end-to-end development from experiments to production Python code. You’ll collaborate with physicists, engineers, and software teams in a hybrid on-site model. Ideal candidates have a Ph.D. or Master’s with extensive ML experience, strong foundations in statistics, and expertise in physics-based simulations and optimization techniques.
