We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to be the welcoming face of our company, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and staff.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and adhere to corporate professional dress code and grooming standards.Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival or over the phone as the first point of contact for leadership, clients, service reps, workers, and guests.Maintain best-in-class telephone etiquette, customer service, and hospitality at all times.Provide appropriate guidance to clients, guests, and colleagues.Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic, and client service-oriented demeanor at all times.Provide assistance to walk-in clients by contacting one of the service reps or their manager, onsite.Build a rapport with guests and be able to multi-task.Register all incoming guests and notify the party of the guest's arrival immediately via email or phone.Provide visitors Access Control ID badges, as required, and record on Daily Badge Issue Log.Provide temporary Access Control ID badges to employees or contractors who may have forgotten or not have one and add to their profile in the Genetec Enterprise Security System.Proficient in Microsoft Office, required.Solid organizational skills, required.Provide assistance with administrative duties as directed.Keep the Reception area clean and organized at all times.Ensure no eating or drinking occurs at the desk at any time.Must be comfortable sitting at the desk for the entire shift, except breaks and lunch or other work-related tasks.General Services RequirementsAssist caterer, onsite or external, with food delivery location and set-up.Contact catering to clean up after the meeting has ended.Inform facilities when maintenance is needed, such as light out, carpet spill or damage, walls or millwork, furniture-related issues.Inform Landlord via Aware work order for any building-related issues; restrooms, elevators, etc.Check Company entry doors for proper operation and report any malfunctions to facilities.Monitor CCTV for any unusual activity or propped doors and report immediately to facilities.Participate in annual Evacuation Drills and assist facilities in coordinating and recording data.Preferred SkillsCPR and First Aid certification.DeliveriesProvide access for mailroom deliveries, US Government Client, UPS, and FedEx.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, with competitive pay up to ***/hr.
