Minimum requirements for the Production Supervisor: • At least 3 years in high-volume manufacturing; automotive experience preferred • Familiarity with Toyota Production System and IATF-16949 standards • Strong leadership and communication skills • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel); experience with QAD or BAE is a plus.
