About the role
Healthie is hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist to support customers using our clinical integrations, from E-Rx to billing and labs. This role blends onboarding, troubleshooting, and process documentation to ensure high-quality care delivery.
You’ll work remotely with US-based customers, respond quickly via Help Scout and Zoom, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ClinOps to improve our integrations and customer success.
