About the role

U.S. Global Leadership Coalition is seeking an experienced Development Manager to drive fundraising, donor stewardship, prospect research, and special events from its Washington, DC base. The role reports to the Deputy Director of Development and focuses on growing a diverse donor pipeline. Responsibilities include nurturing long-term donor relationships, drafting compelling proposals, and supporting multi-year fundraising goals. Travel for events is required as needed.
