About the role

Job Description: Job Description Support production manufacturing of industrial parts as a Plastic Injection Molding Machine Technician. This role operates hydraulic, electric, mixed, and pneumatic injection molding equipment; supports multiple production lines within a dedicated molding team; and reports to both the production supervisor and maintenance manager.
Responsibilities: Set up injection molding machines for production runs. Install and remove molds according to production requirements. Operate hydraulic, electric, mixed, and pneumatic molding equipment. Monitor molding processes and adjust controls to maintain production standards. Inspect finished products for quality and correct defects as needed. Handle molding materials and support material flow across production lines. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate production records.
Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Technical certificate in plastics manufacturing or industrial maintenance. Knowledge of injection molding, mold setup, and process control. Ability to troubleshoot molding equipment and read blueprints. Proficiency with measurement tools and quality inspection practices. Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
