- Follow established call scripts, qualifying questions, and objection-handling guides
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings on the sales team's calendar
- Record call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM after each shift
- Send templated follow-up messages to prospects who request more information
- Report recurring objections and script issues to your manager so materials can be improved
- Comfort and confidence speaking with new contacts by telephone
- Clear, professional spoken English
- Reliability in keeping to a consistent daily schedule
- Willingness to follow provided scripts and accept coaching
- A quiet workspace, a headset, and a stable internet connection
