Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a dynamic environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication Manage and update schedules using Google Calendar Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization Assist with day-to-day office operations Interact professionally with clients and guests and collaborate effectively with team members
Schedule:
Part-time hours with flexibility required Availability to work both weekdays and weekends

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling phone-based responsibilities Familiarity with Google Calendar and basic office software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
