Shield AI is seeking a staff engineer for mission systems to lead end-to-end engineering of mission systems on next‑gen unmanned aircraft, including payloads, communications, avionics, and weapons.
You will shape the technical direction of programs, drive requirement development and integration from concept through flight test and fielding, and ensure safety, airworthiness, and certifiable performance.
