Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) – ASME Fabrication
Job Location: Hartville, Ohio
Job Type: Full time – DayshiftMITCO Fabrication & Welding LLC – Northeast OhioMITCO is hiring a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to support fabrication of ASME pressure vessels and piping (Section VIII Div. 1, Section I, B31.1, B31.3).
What You’ll Do: Perform in-process and final inspections Verify compliance with WPS/PQR/WPQ (ASME Section IX)Inspect welds (VT) and support NDE (PT/MT/RT/UT)Review fit-up, materials, and fabrication quality Interface with Authorized Inspector (AI)Complete inspection reports and turnover documentation
