Project ManagerParamount, CA$100,000 - $140,000Summary:Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their fast-paced, dynamic team. This role provides the opportunity to manage projects from inception to completion, gaining hands-on experience in project engineering and management for high-end residential and commercial construction projects.Responsibilities:Collaborate with architects, owner representatives, general contractors, and installers to manage expectations, timelines, and budgets.Oversee high-profile luxury residential projects from start to finish, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary to meet project timelines.Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.Supervise the shop-drawing process, ensuring aesthetic and functional standards for planning, manufacturing, and installation.Coordinate effectively with Sales, CAD, R&D, Production, and Installation teams.Issue and process change orders and material requests in a timely manner.Collaborate with the Production team to set a project fabrication schedule.Coordinate with contractors, Purchasing, and Shipping departments for delivery scheduling.Communicate installation bids to the Controller and notify Legal for subcontract issuance.Manage labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required for installations.Oversee the installation process and conduct quality inspections to ensure company standards are met, in partnership with a Site Supervisor.Document project progress, including change orders and logistics, and provide weekly updates in PM/PE meetings.Complete project closeout by inspecting final installations, addressing punch list items, issuing sign-off documents, and sharing final documentation with the team.Review commercial and contractual documents from the Estimating team.Travel to project sites as needed.Qualifications:5+ years of field experience in high-end residential/commercial construction.5+ years of experience in project management or project engineering, including working with architects, general contractors, and glass manufacturers.Experience in the luxury fenestration industry with extensive knowledge of window and door products.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, and Netsuite.Detail-oriented, hands-on approach with a flexible and proactive attitude.Proven ability to resolve client issues tactfully.Experience with custom solutions and high-precision work is a plus.Expertise in architectural products and glass/glass installation.
